Concept Computer Systems has an exciting position available for a mobile communications consultant.

The successful person would be enthusiastic, mature minded, self-starter, team player, confident and be able to work under pressure. Applicant must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to liaise with both vendors and customers to ensure customer requirements are followed through to completion.

Duties will include sale of mobile telecommunication equipment such as mobile phones, wireless data devices and other communication and computer equipment. You will also be responsible for stock levels, customer orders & warranties process. The job will also entail dealing with customer requirements, complaints and modifications on service delivery and accounts.

Pre-requisites for this position will require the successful applicant have above all excellent communication and organizational skills, be familiar with email and internet browsing. Product & services training to be provided in-store.
